Privacy Policy

The short version

• When you generate an enhancement, we save your original photo alongside the enhanced result so you can compare and download both. The original you upload just for a score (without enhancing) is not stored.
• Saved photos auto-delete on a schedule unless you choose to keep them, and you can delete them at any time.
• We never sell your data, and we never use your photos to train AI models.
• We enhance your real photo — same face, same body. We do not fabricate a new likeness.

What we collect

Photos you upload

When you upload a photo, we send it to our image-processing provider to generate a score and, if you ask for it, an enhanced version. If you only request a score, the upload is held transiently for that request and is not written to long-term storage. When you generate an enhancement, we keep your original photo together with the result (see below) so you can compare and download the before and after.

Saved photos (before & after)

When you enhance a photo, both the original (“before”) and the enhanced result (“after”) are stored on our storage provider so you can view, compare, and download them later. These expire automatically after a set period unless you save them to your account, and you can delete them at any time.

Account information

If you sign in, we store your email address and authentication details through our auth provider so we can keep your saved results and subscription status associated with your account.

Payment information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment data directly. We retain a customer reference and your subscription status so we know whether your plan is active.

Usage data

We may collect basic technical and usage information (such as device type and error logs) to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To score your photo and generate enhancements you request.
• To keep your saved results and let you download them.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We do not use your photos to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service:

• Google (Gemini) — image analysis and enhancement.
• Supabase — authentication and account database.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of your saved before & after photos.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service, under its own terms.

Data retention

A photo uploaded only for a score is not retained after processing. When you generate an enhancement, the original and the enhanced result are retained together until they expire or you delete them. Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can delete your saved results or close your account at any time. To make a request, email alen.p.l@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide a clearer notice.
