Terms of Service

The service

ProfileWorthy scores photos and produces enhanced versions of the photo you upload. Our principle is to enhance, not fabricate: we adjust things like light, color, framing, and posture while keeping your real face and body. Scores and enhancements are generated by automated tools and are estimates, not guarantees of any outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the enhanced results you generate. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• the photo is of you, or you have permission from the person shown to use and edit it; and
• processing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely to provide the service — to generate your score and enhancement and to store results you choose to keep. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload photos of someone else without their consent;
• create misleading or deceptive imagery, or impersonate another person;
• upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit material involving minors; or
• abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Scoring is free. Your first enhancement is free. Unlimited enhancement requires a paid subscription of $19.99 per month, billed through Stripe.

• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

No guaranteed results

Scores and enhancements are produced by automated models and reflect an estimate of how a photo reads at a glance. We make no promise about dating outcomes, match rates, or any other result.

Service availability

We provide the service “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfileWorthy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
